Unused and in Original Condition:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
